Born in California and raised in Dallas, Texas, Kayia Lewis started her journey towards dance in tumbling classes at the age of 4, then cheerleading. Kayia began her dance journey at the age of 7 with a Christian based hip hop studio where she received many high scoring accolades with her dance team at several dance competitions. Over the last four years, Kayia has danced in multiple music videos for local talent, she has performed on the Dallas House of Blues stage as a background dancer, during halftime for the Dallas Mavericks NBA Team, the Texas Legends Basketball Team and performed at local festivals and charitable events. Now living in Atlanta, Georgia, she continues her training in ballet, jazz, contemporary and hip hop where she is a part of an elite dance company at Dance 411 Studios. Kayia is also working on perfecting her acting skills with AGI Entertainment where she has attended AGI’s Summer Industry Bootcamp and performed as a dancer and actor in AGI’s summer showcase. Kayia is incredibly energetic, follows instruction well and has a natural passion for life and others!
