Johnson Jr. Is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a bachelor of fine arts degree in Professional Theatre. Johnson’s family hails from the garden state of Englewood New Jersey but he spent most of his childhood in Greensboro North Carolina. Ever since Johnson broke out in dance to the tunes of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” at the age of two, his mother knew he would be ordained to entertain. During his time at North Carolina A&T, Johnson served as the first Mister Freshmen in the history of the university, Mister Sophomore and completed his dream by becoming Mister North Carolina A&T State University 2012-2013. During his reign Johnson dedicated his time and services to the students by being an active mentor role mode l and educator of the institutions history. Johnson has Held 6 major titles in leadership and royalty, appeared on national television including BET’s 106 & Park Wild Out Wednesday dance competition and their Coca Cola all-stars challenge in which he won both, music videos, countless news stations, and has opened for celebrity artist ranging from T.I to India Arie. Johnson is a frequent traveler and has studied a broad in Jamaica where he enjoys researching the philosophy ideas and opinions of Marcus Garvey and its connection to the arts and leadership. Johnson is also a dynamic motivational speaker. His most influential speaking opportunity was at the annual February 1st breakfast that commemorates the Greensboro Four civil rights leaders, in which Johnson spoke to 3 of the 4 original participates who spark the national sit in movement in 1960. After Mr. Johnson’s speech, Joseph McNeil, a member of the Greensboro four said, “In all our years of being introduced we have never been moved the way Mr. Johnson has moved us on this morning with that outstanding speech, hands down the best introduction we’ve ever received (2013).” Johnson is now the founder and C.E.O of RNJ & Co. which is a young thriving company comprised of the many innovative and creative talents that Mr. Johnson provides ranging from motivational speaking, event planning and coordinating, fashion consulting/ styling, Free Lance dance and choreography work, Artistic directing, and Acting.
